Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and is not subject to refunds. You may use up to 5 AI analyses per month at no cost.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Professional ($49/month) and Enterprise ($199/month) subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your dashboard.

3. Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if you have not used more than 5 analyses on the paid plan. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund.

5. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a pro-rated credit at our discretion.
