We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), thermal images you upload for analysis, and usage data such as analysis history and session metadata.
Your information is used to provide AI-powered thermal analysis services, generate diagnostic reports, manage your account and subscription, and improve our AI models and service quality.
Thermal images you upload are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3). Images are processed by AI models for analysis purposes only. We do not use your images for training AI models without explicit consent. You retain full ownership of all uploaded images.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or thermal images with third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing, which has its own privacy policy. AI analysis is performed through secure API connections.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Your analysis data is retained according to your subscription plan: 30 days for Free, 1 year for Professional, and unlimited for Enterprise. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
